You get what you pay for but does work on iPad 8

When I first installed the digitizer, the display was going crazy, so I took it off and checked all the connections. I re-installed it and had the same issue. The problem was not the screen but the pre-installed home button. It just didn't work. I had to remove the home button and replace it with the one from the broken screen. After doing that, it worked. Disappointed in the product I received but glad I was able to piece part the broken one to get it functional (even though I should not have had to do that).
