Great Tool (once you adjust it)
Wonderful tool. As others have stated, it needs instructions. That said, it was simple to find a video on YouTube. I deducted one star for the lack of instructions. I was on a roof, and my ancient stripper broke into two pieces, with one piece skittering to the ground. I got by with a pocket knife and snips, but I never want to do that again.

Perfect for stripping Cat6 cable without cutting through wires
Although this stripping tool is targeted for cutting and stripping cable I use it for stripping Cat6 and it works perfect for me. All of my existing ethernet stipping tools are cutting too deep and damaging the innner wires while this one makes a surface cut which can easily slide off protecting the inner pairs. I have not used for stripping cable so cannot offer any review.

A good coax stripping tool
Does what it claims but lacks instructions. Fortunately a user shared the instructions from a much older Radio Shack version which is exactly like this version. The instructions are exactly for this version.

No instructions. Doesn't adjust to strip rg58 properly.

Perfect Cuts If You Know How To Use It
Had to do a bunch of coax connections and in the past I have always just used a single-edge razor blade. Bought this but didn't know how to use it as it came without instructions. Found a great tutorial video online "RG6 Coaxial Cable Stripping Tool for Making Your Own Coax Cable" by Northcoaster Hobby on YouTube that showed how to easily adjust it for 4 different coax types and to set blade depth. I did a few test cuts and it works great once you learn how to use it.

Did not get what I expected
This is a really cheap (inexpensive) product and I didn't expect it to work very well at all. I've read reviews where folks spent triple this price and had a lot of trouble getting the tool adjusted. I bought this because it was marked for RG8X, but at under $5 I didn't expect much. I was wrong. This worked PERFECTLY straight out of the package. In fact it worked so well I marked as RG8x and will use it only for that. If I need to strip another size cable I'll get another stripper. IE, don't fix what ain't broke!
