I use this when I start to feel my skin is dry/itchy or when it's been very hot. It has a nice, light flavor, not overpowering or cloyingly sweet. I feel like it definitely helps me hydrate more effectively than just water.

Great post-workout drink! Tastes good and I feel hydrated after consuming. I think it's good value if you compare it to hydration drinks that come in tubes and tablets. This company was started by former Emergen-C employees who left after Emergen-C was bought out by Phizer. I still enjoy both products but am happy to support the original team.

We can do conversions, but it would be convenient if you had both metric and imperial measurements on the bottle. Also, don't put an inventory sticker on the bottle that uses industrial strength glue to cover important information. We guessed that there was a scoop inside, but it would also be nice if you wrapped it. I don't know who, if anybody, reads these.

The container is tiny but so is the scoop so this product won't seem like much when you get it. Not even sure how they fit adequate nutrients in each scoop but it tastes ok but I didn't notice any boost from the drink. What constrains my speed on the bike is my heart rate. Not sure this drink will help that.

Great taste. It keeps you hydrated and keeps you from your muscle cramping up. Since I suffer from a neurological disorder this is VERY handing during the dog days of Summer. As a matter of fact, I will be ordering very very soon.

I love this stuff. It tastes like it has sugar, but has almost none. Great lemon taste. I feel better after drinking it. I hope they make this stuff for years to come. Thank you!

This bottle is crazy small. It says 45 servings and comes with a scoop. Not worth the money. Taste is not great.

I can't function without this! It keeps my energy up on hot days especially. If I don't drink a couple scoops a day, I get leg cramps. My whole family loves it now, too. We all feel better, all ages

Good Product

This powder is great for anyone who can't stand the overly sweet taste of some electrolyte drinks/powders out there. Easy to dissolve and easy to drink.

This is my go to rehydration powder. It has a pleasant taste, mixes easily and has a good assortment of vitamins and minerals. I also find it is the most cost effective powder offered. I highly recommend this product.

Tastes like some berries were wafted over a pile of chalk, absolutely terrible taste and very chalky texture even after mixing the hell out of it.

This actually tastes like real, if slightly salty, lemonade. Most electrolyte powders taste like artificial fruit and sweeteners to me, so I previously got into the habit of turning my electrolyte powders into (decaf) iced tea to make them more palatable. This is the only one I've found that I could willingly drink straight. That said, I like lemon iced tea better than lemonade, so I typically brew up 1 decaf green tea bag and one peppermint tea bag in 2 cups of water, add a small spoonful of sugar and additional lemon juice to taste, and add a scant scoop of this electrolyte powder. Double the tea bags and water without adding more electrolyte powder if you want to make a pitcher to sip throughout the day rather than a bottle to chug before heavy activity.
