Q: What is the difference between new style and classic style? Is it just the appearance ?

The biggest difference is the appearance. The classic model has more light area; The new version supports color cycling. The rest of the features are almost identical

Q: I have bought 2 of these, can I pair/sync them to change the colour on both to match?

Within HomeKit you can set them up as a group. I don’t use any other smart home system so it could be different on Alexa/Google.

Q: Trying to set up the device on the meross app but even though i am connected to the meross wifi it says i'm not connected.. any ideas?

1. Open meross app and the app will search for all homekit devices automatically. 2. Add all devices to meross 3. Go to Amazon Alexa and enable "meross" skill. 4. Done.
