Wonderful product, I am relatively new to cell salts, I have used them for about 8 months or so. I am astounded that I found out the information I needed from reviews and Amazon, such a wonderful community to share their honest opinions. In Europe these cell salts are common practice, here in our Wonderful USA, the majority of doctors only use drugs to treat the problem. In my case I developed eczema, it progressed to a severe rash everywhere, a dermatologist prescribed a steroid cream. it worked, however it kept reoccurring. Hence Amazon and my search to treat the underlying issue and not just treat the symptoms. I am happy to say with a product called Bio20 here on Amazon ($17 at the time) I have cleared up the eczema, it took several months to completely disappear, but now I am a true believer. I then bought a set of 12 salts... amazing to have access to such a wonderful set ($59.99), my 11 year old daughter started a sore throat, sniffles, runny nose... I immediately turned to my arsenal of cell salts and used the one that targets colds. Let me add that she hates medicine and complains endlessly.... these she did not, I explained what they were and why she should take them and she took them without complaint. They taste sweet which helps, by the 3rd day the symptoms were gone, we noticed them lessening greatly by the second day, but by the third... gone! In our house we are so used to going through the whole weeks+ worth of sickness as we patched the issue with drug store solutions to ease as much as we could. Now we are treating the root cause! I need to do more research, but let me tell you this is a true gold mine! I am a skeptic turned believer, will not be without these in my house now. I just started this version for a daily dose, I think we are all deficient is minerals in our diet, this 12 in one tablet seems like a great place to start. I will review in the future if I notice any changes... for the better or the worse, or none at all. Will update in the future. UPDATE: This is still a GO TO remedy for headaches & for helping regain electrolyte/ mineral balance during & after sickness, especially when nausea and/or vomitting have been an issue. We buy this regularly & keep it on hand as a regular staple. As with ALL homeopathics be sure to take it in a clean mouth (swish with some plain water before taking it). It is best NOT to brush your teeth, eat, or drink anything other than water for at least 15 mins. 30 is even better, but 15 works. There have been times when we've had to eat after 5 minutes & still reaped the benefits, so don't put too much thought into it. Just do your best. I WILL purchase it again & other Hyland's products! I literally have a few OTC pain meds, etc in our cabinet that we might use once every 4-5 years. Since I have really gotten into homeopathics the past few years, we have only had to use a RX med once, which is great in a large family, & that was for strep that kept lingering for one kiddo, even though the others beat it naturally. That doesn't mean we don't catch bugs, etc., but we have been able to get well again without drugs. We are very grateful they are there IF we need them, but we do know it is best NOT to use them unless absolutely necessary as they are not without risks & side effects, and homeopathics do NOT carry side effects & risks. ----------------------------- We've been using these for years to replace & provide much needed tissue salts. This is the 1st thing any of us takes at the 1st sign of sickness and/or for a headache... 6 tablets under the tongue... & headaches are usually gone in minutes. I don't think it works as well on hormone headaches alone as that seems best remedied by putting a tiny dab of progesterone on the temples after taking the cell salts, but it still helps with those. Amazon has the best price on them but I hate the games they play with the price... sometimes they fluctuate as much as $5 more per bottle, which is just ridiculous! That said, great product but do shop around if they are over $11-12 on Amazon.

I found myself looking at some videos on medical astrology & came across these cell salts. I was actually looking for a specific one under my sign (star) so to speak to see if it'll treat my anemic symptoms of fatigue, dehydration, constipation, etc. I didn't like my over-reliance on iron pills. Every 2 days, I had to take one just to end up tired at the end of the day. I know this package said to take 4, I have a sensitive stomach so I decided to try 1 at 5am. to start my day with some breakfast. I felt heat in my feet and it has been difficult to get me off my feet since. I have much more energy. It has only been 3 weeks. I take one at 5am to start my work week on a monday and have not had a need to take another one til at least friday/saturday. I have not gone back to taking iron pills. I am less dehydrated & constipated I will be doing blood work in a few weeks & hope to see an improvement in my hemoglobin levels. I normally am at a 9- or 10 with iron pills. If I end up above 11, I will cry. I may come back with an update. Wonderful product. Nature is our answer.

First of all I wish all my supplements were this easy to take. I have just started taking these, I take 4 pills three times a day. Here is what I see so far, this has been a little over a week. I don’t need my Advil pm anymore, I have been taking that about three years. I sleep so much better and wake up refreshed, second thing I have found is my gums which are receding especially one tooth are most definitely getting better, I am blown away by this and was not expecting this to happen.I have also noticed my joints less painful . I will continue to take these magic pills forever, not because I have a cold , or I am sick with something but as an all round supplement for my total health. Thank you Hyland Health

This is a great product we don't want to be without. However, they changed the label - it now says Bio-XII with another label stuck on the side of the bottle saying Bioplasma. Four Corners in Canada was very helpful in resolving this issue.

I’m a huge fan of tissue salts, I prefer the dissolve under the tongue method. This is the only form I can find by the brand I like in the same delivery method. Now they’ve turned into tablets and I don’t actually love the tablets. I will continue to buy this pack because it is what I want

I bought this product because of restless legs and sleep problems. It works for both, if I wake up with restless legs I take 6 of them under my tongue and have no problem going back to sleep. My sleep has improved since I started taking them. I'm on my second bottle and I would recommend them to anyone having sleep issues. I also noticed it has gradually taken the dark tarter off the back of my teeth, which is very nice, my teeth are getting whiter.

This is amazing! After 6 pregnancies in 7 years, my once perfect teeth have been struggling.... Receding gums, two cavities, and painful teeth when brushing. I started taking these cell salts and within a few weeks my pain while brushing has drastically reduced! Hoping this as well as the coconut oil pulling, and COD liver oil helps heal my teeth...
