We usually buy these when Amazon/Amazon Fresh has a sale, which is often. We put Japanese ginger and sweet relish in our recipe because we love a sweeter flavor. We also drain the juice and rinse lightly in water. The quality is excellent and as described, these are chunks. Easy to open. Healthier option.

Good canned tuna!
This is the best canned tuna available. It's chunky and contains very little water. It's the only tuna I buy now. Make sure to get the "no drain" variety of chunk white tuna. It's far better than the other varieties.

Tuna wow!
So the can has a lot of tuna. I made a huge bowl of tuna salad. My granddaughter loves my tuna salad. So I made sure she had a container of tuna salad to take home with her. I had seasoned some and topped it over my Lo Mein Noodles. I was surprised there was just enough water so the tuna wasn't drowned. The texture was good wholesome, clean and tasted fresh. If it didn't taste, good my granddaughter would not hesitate to tell me,"That tuna did not taste good!" So the next time you have some folks to feed grab a can or two. You will not be disappointed. FYI, tuna and crackers, tuna sandwiches, tuna casserole, so many ways.
