Q: Can a ring light fits this webcam arm?

This camera mount stand fits all ring lights which have a 1/4" thread on the bottom and weight up to 5lbs.

Q: Would this webcam stand allow me to position it in order to record 'top down' (overhead) videos on my desktop please?

Hi, yes you can position the camera in the stand so it is overhead,. I've just checked ours is in that position. The part of the stand that screws into the camera can be rotated around. Cant' remember how long it took us to tweak into position, but it is possible

Yes, i think this camera mount do support to logitech webcam brio 4k, because i used it to my logitech c920.

Q: Is the thumb screw holding the arm to the desk clamp strong enough for me to be able to use this inverted? (Hanging upside down)
