This is the absolute best sauce. Pricey but well worth it.

Easy eggs Benedict with this sauce... I do add a bit of lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne...only complaint is I wish it came in half the size...you literally have to drown 2-3 people's servings or refrigerate the other half of the container

Great on veggies and poached eggs. I used to bring this back as my treat from Switzerland... A little expensive but a lot cheaper than an European trip.
