As someone new to Matcha, I wouldn't have any expertise to know quality. But from shopping from Asia sourced stores and online, I can say this is a good source to use in a pinch. I make matcha lattes at home and I find that this brand wasnt too bad to use. The powder is a light green and the packaging comes with easy instructions. The package also comes in a ziplock seal so it will stay fresh for a little while. It took me a little under two weeks to get through the entire product and thats a drink every other day. So i would consider the product to be on the small end. For taste, I tend to make my drinks based on my own preference as the taste isn't strong and does well to work with any flavors added to your latte. I have tried brown sugar and strawberry syrups with this powder and have no complaints.

This stuff is so good! I tried it for the first time today. I drank it for lunch and breakfast. I have not felt hungry almost at all today and I wasn't as drowsy as I usually am during the day. I mixed it as a frappe which is just milk, the powder mix, and ice. I used a coconut&almond milk mix by the brand califia farms.

Pros: • Very quick to prepare • Smooth texture, no clumps • Good quality matcha taste underneath Cons: • Too sweet for my preference • Hard to control sugar level since it’s already mixed • Doesn’t taste like a “clean” matcha, more like a dessert drink Final opinion: Good option if you like sweet drinks or want a fast latte at home. For me, it’s too sugary, so I would prefer pure matcha and add my own sweetener.

Great high quality flavor and mixes well in either cold or hot water/milk. Matcha is healthier choice for me than my creamer with a little coffee lol and helps me to relax.

I originally purchased the smaller size of this matcha powder and loved it — smooth, flavorful, and had a good taste. It quickly became part of my daily routine. When I reordered the larger size, the taste was completely different and honestly not very good. It’s much more bitter and lacks the smooth and better flavor of the smaller one. The color of the matcha is also darker when i mix it versus the smaller one was a bit lighter in color. I’m not sure if this is a batch issue or quality inconsistency, but it was disappointing since I was expecting the same product. Hopefully this helps others when deciding which size to purchase
