Great chart detailing great options for many workouts

Not bad but some of the demonstrations aren’t accurate, like the the guy not actually being in a plank position when he needs to be. This might encourage bad/wrong form.Would also be helpful if there more were arrows showing certain movement directions.Not too bad though and has a lot of exercises to consider.

Framed this poster and placed it outside in my outdoor 🏋️‍♀️. Really easy to follow the diagrams. Would recommend if you are new to lifting weights or using dumbells. The diagrams are easy to follow.

Good chart delivered in a tube. However, when straightening some delamination occurred so poster is a bit crinkled but still usable.

I wish the pictures were a bit bigger. My eyes aren't what they use to be. I have it up on my wall to workout. I just have to keep stopping to get a bit closer to see what I want to do next.
