Compared to the more expensive brands there is really nothing to conplain about. I use these in my tac light and they work fine, running the light on high they seem to fade kind of fast but using on high beam isnt really necessary for ling periods of time. Love the little charger that comes with it it actually shows the stage of the battery.

The media could not be loaded. It is complicated to contact the seller for warranty, could you please indicate me how?After only two cycles (discharge - recharge) two batteries are not charging at all.OK, OK! this is the follow up:A while ago the batteries went belly up, death!, I struggled a little contacting the vendor and instead he/she contacted me. After explaining my situation they replaced, in record time and at no cost to me, the full set of batteries.I was completely satisfied with their proactive response and support.I recommend them very much. Did I mentioned the problem appeared almost a year later I bought the goods?Thanks

Charged fast..great product..

So far this works as expected. All four batteries charged correctly. (FYI, I'm using these on a pistol light/laser that needs higher voltage than a standard CR123A --- these batteries work very well to make the light/laser product actually work correctly. Without these batteries the light/laser works only for a very short time using Duracell CR123A batteries. Once the Duracell drains a little its operating voltage drops enough that the light/laser fails; these higher-voltage batteries cure the issue.)

I have an August dead bolt lock that requires 2 of these batteries. I figured let me get 4 rechargeables so I can save money in the long run. The first 4 I got wouldn't charge. I contacted them and they replaced them. The new ones lasted only about 3 weeks per charge (disposable batteries lasted 3 months). Very annoying having to recharge every 3 weeks, but I had 4 batteries so it wasn't that big of a deal since I could charge 2 while 2 was in use. Well, 2 batteries just died which means I would have been better off just buying disposables.

I like the battery charger

Charged quickly out of the box and then put 2 of the 4 batteries to work. Time will tell if they last as long as buying new from the store but mainly wanted rechargeable anyway to save cost down the road.
