I always keep a bottle of this at home for emergency. 2 years ago, with no pre-symptoms and with no allergies issues, I suddenly found myself struggling to breathe. It was almost like I never had any breathing issues. To double check my lungs were fine, I lighted up a cigarette and everything was good, no struggling to catch my breath, no panic attack. What a great product! It gets to work right away. First day I got it I only took 1 dropper which is 1ml but you can take up to 3ml. I was coughing up phlegm pretty good for like 2 days. I recently quit smoking and its hard to find a product that feels like its actually helping. Makes me want to keep going! Only thing I would say is take with caution, if you have kidney issues.

Bought this to help me recover from the shambhalung. Worked way better than expected! My lungs feel clear after using it all day! I will definitely be using this for next year! I will say, now that its done most of the work, the effectiveness is tapering off. Probably because my lungs are already detoxed so theres nothing left to cough up. How i took it was I just mixed 1mL in a small cup of cold water and drank it. It didnt really have a flavour and it helped hydrate me too! Highly recommend!
