I feel good with more energy when I take it.
Iāve been taking Orthomol Vital F daily, and I feel more balanced and energetic during the day. Itās easy to take, and I like that it has all the important vitamins and magnesium for women. A bit pricey, but the quality really feels worth it. Based on my experience, do not take it at night because it will keep you awake.
