Honestly, this is one of the easiest omega supplements I’ve taken. Nordic Naturals Complete Omega Xtra (lemon) has no fishy aftertaste at all, which already puts it way ahead of most fish oil pills. The soft gels are easy to swallow (not huge, not gross), and the light lemon flavor makes them pretty painless to take every day. I also like that it’s omega-3s plus omega-6 and 9. It feels like you’re actually getting something solid without having to take a bunch of capsules.

This is the only fish oil I have found that doesn’t leave me with the after taste or fish burps. Highly recommend!

Bought mistakenly thinking these were mini. Unfortunately, the pills are quite large. There is no fishy taste. Good quality fish oil.
