From director Brad Silberling and Steven Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment comes a live-action fun house ride filled with laughter, excitement and ghostly surprises. "Ghost therapist" Dr. James Harvey (Bill Pullman) and his daughter Kat (Christina Ricci) arrive at drafty, old Whipstaff Manor. Its greedy owner, Carrigan Crittendon (Cathy Moriarty), has hired Dr. Harvey to exorcise the house's apparitions: a friendly but lonely young ghost named Casper, who's just looking for a friend, and his outrageous uncles Stretch, Stinkie and Fatso (The Ghostly Trio). If the plan works, she and Dibs (Eric Idle), her partner-in-slime, can get their hands on the manor's fabled treasure. Meanwhile, Casper has found a kindred spirit in Kat, but The Ghostly Trio will not tolerate "fleshies" in their house. Casper 4k finally
I loved Casper as kid it was fun n great cartoon and then made live action version that was fun movie 1995 it stared great cast Christian Ricci and bill pullman and Eric idles n Ben stein n Brad Garett n Devon sawa . 4k look sharp n color look amazing and detailed. Audio is Dolby atmos track it theater quality level .

This has to be one of the most beautiful limited steelbook films that I own. From the art work inside out is just.. chefs kiss. Had to get this with it being one of my favorite childhood movies.. My inner child is screaming right now lol. Code works perfectly and the discs are beautifully designed from the color scheme to the actual film grain while watching the movie. No issues. No dents or dings. Thank you Amazon and thank you universal for giving us an amazing motion picture that will forever be true to our hearts.. Side note: If you’re able to, please get a steelbook protector case to keep this bad boy in good condition and save the J card. As I know some people throw those away but the J cards are always a nice touch to keep and has some incredible information that can always come in handy with what your discs contains such as the bonus features etc… I’ll be updating with the slipcase protector on 😌

Llegó bien y sin daños, con un bonito slipcover. La imagen se ve muy bien y es una mejorar adecuada desde el blu-ray, ganado enteros en nitidez, brillo y saturación del color. El audio en inglés Dolby Atmos es correcto, sin artefactos o ruido en los diálogos. Esta edición recupera el audio latino original Dolby Digital Sorround 5.1 en el disco 4K. El disco blu-ray solo trae subtítulos en español latino. El código digital es válido solo para USA.

This is a great little movie on so many levels. The excellent cast (including the ghosts) deliver top-notch performances. Cathy Moriarty and Eric Idle are delightfully dastardly villains, while Bill Pullman's shambolic ghost-psychologist is a hoot. The visual gags never let up, and the zany ghosts hark back to the golden age of animation. Most of the story plays out in a beautifully imagined spooky mansion, while the finale is pure steampunk. A fun movie that that whole family can enjoy, get it on Blu-Ray to best enjoy the luscious visuals.
