Worth checking homepage for sizes. 38 was a little larger than expected. 38 inches is literally 96cm. My waist size - belt line- is literally 101cm. The 38 is loose and requires a belt, size 36 would have been better. I have checked the fit finder, and it suggests 36... once I added other brands for matching. I use trousers from Montbell, Columbia and Musto, initial impression of construction and material quality is good.

Despite their stretchy material ( not a fan of this ) these trousers are excellent. Fit is good, pockets are good and a decent size to take phones and glasses. Material is a bit too elastic for my taste but feels good and seems to be lasting well. Style is good too. Would be nice if they were available in, say, olive green or dark blue. I try and buy these when they are on sale as I feel the full price is a bit too much. Currently £85 but have been as low as £35.

Exactly as described . Very lightweight and comfortable to wear . Leg length to long for me, shame other sizes not offered .

I'm 5'11, just under 18st, usually a 40-42 inch waist, Amazon recommended the 38 inch and it's the biggest size on sale at the time but they fit well, might even use a belt to make sure they don't fall whilst I'm working as a watersports instructor might even treat them with some fabsil to make them waterproof not just quick drying

Excellent pair of trousers, good quality, lightweight and comfortable but I only paid around £30 for them, I noticed the price has now doubled!

If you order these trousers, it may honestly be worth buying a size down than your usual. Extremely comfortable, wanted Helly Hansen clothing for a long while and the saleprice was well worth it for what I got.

Comfortable and easy on the skin when walking. My only issue isthey proved to be longer in the leg than I anticipated .
