No. its perfectly safe for your tires and any removal of plastidip.

If I have overspray on my vinyl wrap will this remove it without ruining the wrap?

I have not dealt with that personally, but this product is not super aggressive like alot of people think and are skeptical about it's meant to easily remove any kind of pain in the but Plasti dip with out being to harsh trust I stand by it. Just follow the instructions on how to use it and also try watching the video on YouTube with Fonsi explaining how to use it that will help too. Overall if I was you yes I'd try it with no worry's hope this helps! 👍🏼

How much do I need to remove plati dip from four 17in wheels? Will one bottle be enough?

One should be enough, I used it on 3 wheels, and the third wheel was half peeled. I had white wheels, with alot if spokes, so it was really thick on there. Take ur wheels off the car, the desolver will eat through vht high temp caliper paint

Does this works for autoflex dip paint.?

No, this is not strong enough to remove AutoFlex gloss. It will work on the spray wrap pro base products, but not once the AutoFlex gloss has been applied. You can try applying rubbing alcohol to a rag, and that will soften AutoFlex enough that you should be able to start peeling it.
