I have been taking this Vit.B12 to boost my energy and help to circulate my blood system. I feel good quickly with more energy each time I start feeling tired and aching muscle pain. I have had chronic pain on my left hand and shoulder.. It seems help to relieve my pain as well. Best part is this tablet is likely sweet with grape flavor.. Very easy to absorb under your tongue. Strongly recommend this product.

Gets the job done
Dissolves without issue under the tongue, decent taste, I try to get as few extra ingredients as possible and this is the best that I found to fit the bill. Blood test proven that this product works, though I heard the best test for B12 is a urine test. Blood test was off the charts though so it must be working.

My doctor recommended me to take a B12 or B complex supplement. I decided to buy this B-12 because of its high dosage, is easy to take and inexpensive. It has a pleasant taste. It is my first time taking a B-12 supplement and ... unlike others... I don't feel I have more energy since I started taking it. However, I do feel more willing to do chores at home.
