It is very hydrating and effective. The taste is also good, I generally don’t like zero sugar drinks but this one was good. I drink one cup daily before gym and gives me energy in gym.

Product is good and gives instant energy but if you want taste then don’t buy this because this is pure energy drink not a cold drink to be tasted

I used it while i was fasting & it does give a slight boost when you take it initially. But i found it to be too expensive for just 40 servings. It does not taste good, but that is expected as it has no sugar so no complains about that. It is also not soluble most of it does not dissolve in water so I'm going to skip it. Normal electral powder will be of better.

I began to suffer from cramps in the night after I switched to ketogenic diet. Magnesium &calcium supplements could not produce improvement but this product has produced very good improvement .On the very first day itself the cramps ceased and I had a good sleep. Those who face similar issues can use this product and get rid of cramps.

The media could not be loaded. I am using this product for almost 20 days.. I used to suffer from muscle cramps a lot, but now it's reduced may be because of this product or because of my water intake. I am no expert to comment on whether it's working or not. It has no added sugar, no carb but 9 Kcal per serving. It has sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium as given above in the picture. So you can decide. I am giving a 4 star hoping it will help.
