Great quality and value for the money. Assembles easily and quickly, and the color and quality are great.

I've only owned this item for a week, so I can't speak to the durability, but I almost didn't buy it because of all the negative reviews regarding assembly. It was so easy to assemble! It probably took less than 30 minutes and was doable by one person. I like the way it looks. My only complaints are that the bottom for the storage part is almost like a plexi glass. I was expecting something that was a little more significant, but it seems like it will still hold up ok. And, when you open the lid/sofa seat, you have to hold it up. Not hard for an adult to do, but I am storing toddler toys and my toddler has a hard time getting things out because of this.

We bought this for our patio. The instructions were no help at all, luckily it wasn’t too difficult to understand what to do. 2 of the bolts stripped because i was using a drill, but there were no backup screws so i had to work with it being stripped. This bench looks much better than the popular plastic one sold on amazon. We bought a fire pit with a wicker design and this is the only fair priced bench that matched. I give it 4.5 stars but I’ll round it up to 5.

Very cute and sturdy. Very simple to put together.

We’ve used two of these benches continuously for four years under a gazebo and we are finally replacing them. It is an attractive piece but we have repeatedly had problems with the frame of the seat bending out of shape in spite of not exceeding the bench’s weight limit. Due to the design, if the front bar on the bench seat bends then the whole seat tips into the lower storage compartment. We’ve managed to pry the seat back up and bend the bar back repeatedly… but this is always a hassle. This is probably a good investment for the price but be mindful that the weight limit is probably closer to 300 or 350lbs.

Perfect front door bench! I needed an upgrade and was unsure how this was going to be but it’s perfect! Very comfortable and super easy to put together.

Only lasted TWO WEEKS! I thought this bench would be perfect for out by the pool to hold the grandkids toys. loved the look, too bad the quality did not match. After just two weeks the inch metal tabs that held the seat bent, pushing the lid/seat down into the storage compartment. We had already thrown the packaging away so a return was out of the question!

Received the item today and assembled. Directions are a little tricky but easy to assemble with 1 person. At step 2 my holes did not line up, however I loosened my step 1 screws and it fit just fine. I had a tough time with the last step screws but I switch them and it worked fine. My suggestions would be to keep all screws 1/2 way tight until the end. Cushion included isn’t the best or worse. If this is your primary seat outside I would suggest getting a better cushion. Overall not bad. Happy I purchased the item for storage and additional seating.
