I've tried all the similar brands and flavors and this, hands down, is my absolute favorite! It gets me through any carb cravings, gives me something to look forward to between meals and keeps my breath fresh when I'm away from home. I have a pack at work, one in the car, one in my home office and one in the kitchen so it's always within reach. The flavor lasts a really long time and I make it last even longer by chewing only half a stick at a time. I order the large industrial size because we go through a lot but it's better than eating cookies! Also, I'm 67 and my dental health is improving. I give part of the credit to this gum! Thanks Amazon!
