I've used Dr. Teals brand before, I love how affordable it is compared to other epsom salt soaks. But this one with magnesium is the best I've ever used. I recently gave birth, and my feet have been in horrible pain every day. Stepping out of bed in morning is excruciating, and walking around carrying a baby all day is doing them no favors. I had to do something for the pain, so I bought a foot bath with heat and massage. While that really helped and felt good while I used it, it didn't help the pain completely. But coupled with these salts, my feet have been rejuvenated! The magnesium worked wonders for the pain. I use it about once a day, and my feet are pain free for the first time in months.
