These are my impressions after 1.5 years of use.Pros: excellent processing and GPU power. High monitor hertz for a laptop. No bloatware. Beautiful construction. Decent sound quality from built-in speakers.Cons: terrible battery life (but who is really playing games on-the-go with laptops?) Computer crashes 50% of the time when you plug it in after it being critically low.

Got exactly what I ordered. A little pricey but overall a great machine. Touchpad is buggy with windows haptics controls.

They do not say it is refurbished in the listing and it's also not under warranty. These cheats stole from me by selling a DEFECTIVE & USED item as new. Never trusting Amazon again.

Received the Alienware area51m r2 on the date they said I would receive it. Package was new and did not look tampered with. All specs matched what was advertised (i7 10700k. 16g ram. display. rtx 2070 super).

Let me start by saying, feel, keyboard, screen are all high quality especially for the price. Two big batteries to charge it, very unnecessary, I'm not trying to hack NASA, I'm trying to game. Without the laptop being plugged into an outlet, it will die quickly like the steamdeck quick. The wifi and Bluetooth connection software and hardware are both buns!!!!! No range at all. YOU LITERALLY have to sit next to the wifi or purchase an adapter plug-in, or my least favorite run a cable all the way to your desire room to be hardlined.The processor is garbage and the actual Alienware operating system is very restrictive. Also dang near all the Alienware apps are no longer supported and downloading an app to replace the unsupported function is painful, because it will not allow it. It reminds me of IOS... I would adivse picking a better laptop with a different operating system, this one is done, I hope this helps.

This is definitely capable of playing most games in high settings with reasonable framerates while staying relatively cool. That's something plenty of other laptops can't achieve. All in all, if you don't mind the weight or extra power cables, I recommend this!

My son is an the army he went back with this gaming laptop top he Love it.. ,a lot of heat blows out the vents on this laptop...so I gave hem one of my cooling fan to help keep it cool ...when playing for hours ..my older brother also buy one of these at the same time I got this laptop for hem .from the same saler...if anyone need to know...get a laptop cooling fan set that laptop 💻 on it your good to go I cant tell you how it all work but from the army he say it work just fine ....
