It works very well and very quickly. I have one at work, one in my bag, and one at home. So when I need it, it's still in "my pocket"

Hi and thank you for your question. Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Swivel Stick has a silky, smooth texture that melts on contact. It is firmer than a soft balm but not hard and waxy as traditional lip balm.

Q: Does this lighten dark spots

No, this is different than the Palmer’s oil. This is primary for lips and cuticles. It’s great stuff and still has the signature coco butter scent but it doesn’t not help with dark spots.
