Didn't know it was used
Thankful for the price and delivery just noticeably has been used and returned is I ng a batter I'm sure was that box the says color on it.

Was as advertised
The items work well and easy to use. The only issue I have is the piece a paper that I guess is the instructions for the items that come with and just gives the name of each item that's included but no actual instructions on how or what they used for. They do have a video on the page hear but not all items were featured in video

quality and replacement
This is a nice package tools but the quality control fail. The compression tool broke in 2 pieces. I would like to have a replacement instead of return the whole package. Please let me know

Wish I would have added this to my list of tools. I am a do it yourself and cable business is a scam. Local over the air tv is just as good as cable TV and a heck of alot cheaper. This kit has everything you need to undo what the cable company put together with there special tools. Well now I have there special tools.
