After a lot of research and waiting on sale Finally received my Edifier T5 Subwoofer Connected to Denon 1800H AVR via Pre Out number 2 , This Subwoofer is next level in music and movies now. After tuning the CrossOver Frequency to 120 Hz, 0 Angel, 3 0 clock Frequency and Volume, now I feel the real power of this Subwoofer. Floor Shaking, Wall Shaking, Awesome Sound Quality, Awesome Clarity , Functionality, Compatibility, Just my main Volume on Denon is 0.5/99 trust me it shakes everything Loving it so much , Tuning Matters, and this is peak level performing Subwoofer Awesome purchase I made this Festival 😎 No need to buy any Expensive Subs A pair of T5 is enough to shake anything for AVR.

First I was skeptical of Buying this Subwoofer as I was unsure about the connecting to Sony HIFI System RX90. Connection was actually very easy. Now the Sound: I was between the 8inch and 10 inch subwoofer for power bass. I was completely blown away with the Performance. Not complicated to adjust the Bass with your requirement. Price point is amazing as other brands for 40K+. Owning a Active Subwoofer at 15k with such an amazing output and compatible with Hifi system has completely changed the experience in Listening to Music or Watching movies on OTT platform. Movie night now is like watching in Cinemas I don't hear any rumbling in bass, which says clarity is also good.

I have a Elac 6.2 shelf speakers with Yamaha - wxa 50 which had decent Bass but wanted a bit more. Was pleasantly surprised by the performance which is at par with best subs for small rooms. The Bass is tight and no distortion like many cheap sub. You can control volume & cutoff frequency so that I can keep it at bare min to give me depth without very high Bass. If you increase volume above 30 then distortion occurs. Best is to keep the volume around 25-30 and increase it via the system equaliser.

I honestly couldn't ask for more, especially at this price point. I paired it with my Yamaha YHT 1840, and I was genuinely surprised by the result. This subwoofer provides more than enough power for any medium-sized living space. Seriously, don't overspend on a larger or more expensive subwoofer-this is exactly what you need to create a true theater-like atmosphere in your home. You'll really feel its power when playing physical media, as opposed to the often compressed audio from OTT services. Huge thanks to EDIFIER! I love it.

The sub came out of the box slightly damaged. Seemed like it was dropped in transit. See the attached picture. However, I thought it was a minor nick and went ahead with the installation. After installation I noticed that it keeps cutting out midway through a song. I thought maybe it was the song but it kept repeating the pattern with all other audio inputs as well. Seems like a defective piece. Unfortunately the sellers attitude was unhelpful. He asked me to take it up with either Amazon or with a service centre. I have started the return process. Would have liked a replacement as the sound, when it works, was good.
