Hate wires all over the place. It was a bear to put up, and the screws almost came up from the desk top. Next time I will get a painted board and put it side way. Plus I will make it so it can slide in. Because equipment change, which does not always work on a firm cage. Cage is strong, not cheaply made.

THESE are Amazing!!!! I bought 2 boxes of these. They come 2 to a box. These are Heavy duty, and so easy to put up. These are NOT flimsy by any means. I'm going to have to buy more of these because these are truly amazing products and can be used anywhere, including in the kitchen, and the laundry room for other things besides just outlet strip holders. We put the black tape on the outlet strip to hold it down, but the tape is coming loose. Once you secure this to either the wall or the desk, it's not going anywhere until YOU take it down. Gosh, I love these! They are actual Metal and not plastic or some flimsy wanna be metal. It also comes with a nice piece of plastic that sits on the bottom of the tray to protect the metal and your outlet strips. :) Definitely a Must in your home. <3

These are good cable trays. I'm using the two trays to hold a docking station, external HD, five power adapters, and all the HDMI, power cords, and USB cables that go with everything. I do appreciate having the two mounting options. however, using the top mount is clumsy. I'm sure lying on my back under the desk did not help with the installation. with that said, I'd buy these again if the need arises.

Just what I needed to get four power converters and rat's nest of wires off the floor next to my desk.Seem sturdy and our easy to install. I put mine on the wall in back of my desk.
