Carbona 2 in 1 Oxy-powered Pet Stain

Product is great, have used it multiple times. BUT wanted to let people know when it says 1 pack of 32 oz. It is not 32 OZ, it is 22oz.... so not sure after all if I got the best price or if I should have bought from another seller. Website description needs updating.

Worked amazingly! The stain is completely gone! Works on fabric too.

My dog had a bleeding mass on her abdomen and it got blood all over our rugs and in the back seat of our car. Carbona worked really well on most of the spots on our rugs because we got to them almost as soon as they happened. It took me a few days before I could get to the ones in the car so it took several applications over the period of a few days. I didn’t want to soak the back seat and it get down into the foam to where it wouldn’t dry, so I made sure I waited a day in between applications. For the most part, it worked. There’s only a small spot that didn’t come out completely but you cannot tell it was originally a blood stain. Carbona worked much better than some of the big name carpet/stain cleaners out there. We tried one of the big name ones first and it just smeared the stains. We came back with the Carbona on top of the stains we tried to treat with the other cleaner and the Carbona took care of it. In my opinion, Carbona worked better and was cheaper than the big name cleaners. Info: •Make sure you wipe the area with a dry cloth 3 minutes after applying Carbona. That is when/where the stain comes out. You likely will not see the stain lifting during/after the 3 minutes unless you wipe with a cloth like the directions say. I forgot this step and thought Carbona wasn’t working. When I reread the directions, I saw I missed this part so I started wiping with a dry cloth and that is when the stain started to come out. Cons: •The seal on the bottle is awful. The directions say to poke a small hole in the seal instead of removing it, but the seal on each bottle that I have bought was either halfway off, or all the way off, when I removed the lid. If you’re going to give directions to poke a hole in the seal, then use a seal that doesn’t come off easily (like a foil seal). •The lid itself and the threading of the bottle needs to be better. The lid doesn’t stay on tight so when you are cleaning with the brush on the lid, the lid comes loose and starts leaking product. It’s hard to control how much you use. So we removed the lid completely, poured a little product on the brush and used the lid independently to scrub the stain so we didn’t continue to lose product. It made it a little more difficult to scrub because you don’t have much to hold onto without the bottle being attached, but it’s what we had to do. The bottle, lid, brush, and seal, could use a re-design.

I board dogs in my home, so I deal with a lot of messes. I have a carpet cleaning machine (getting more dog friendly flooring soon, though!) but for in between the shampoos, this is by far the best product out there to use! If the mess is real bad, I'll also spray a bit of Odoban on it before scrubbing. As soon as I got this, I tried it out on a few stains that weren't fresh, and it got them right out! So then I moved to my couch and it worked even better at scrubbing out dirt stains (thanks, dog paws!) than the handheld upholstery cleaner that I had!! So, goodbye to the handheld upholstery cleaner, I guess. The only reason I gave this four stars is that it seems like there really isn't as much product in the bottle as there could be. However, it cleans so well that I'll go ahead and continue to buy this product. If you have pets, some other products that I keep in my arsenal as a dog sitter are Odoban cleaner, LA Awesome, and Lysol disinfectant spray. Between those three, I really don't feel like I need anything else as far as the dogs go.

This really works!

My cat started peeing in the carpet so we quickly purchased this from the grocery store. It wasn't enough to deter the cat from peeing there again, but it addressed the cat pee smell. The smell of the product goes away and isn't harsh. We're at a new place where the cat hasn't started peeing on the carpet (yay) and we have been using this as "the" carpet cleaning product since. Usually cat vomit. Anyway, the best part is that it's very easy to use. You just bring it out from the closet, scrub the affected area, and just leave it alone. It hasn't discolored any carpet. When the product dries, it is unnoticeable. We purchased the same product on Amazon and I'm writing this review. We'll probably stick to this one as our lifelong carpet spot cleaner.

Follow directions and it does a great job!

So I have dogs that love to get sick after I purchase anything white, comforter, rug, sheets and it is always the yellow bile that is impossible to get out . . . until now. This stuff is amazing. Highly recommend. It even cleaned my carpet after many attempts to no avail - it was my last resort and it took the stain out immediately. Will be buying in bulk.
