Where is the expiration date for this product? If it’s near the barcode mine says 202026001 and 2020023007 I’m afraid it may be expired.

Thank you for the question! Cosmetic products which shelf life is less than 30 months must be marked with "Best before" dates. pH Plex was tested and proven to be safe beyond the 30 months date. The numbers you are referring to are the production codes and, indeed, yours are from mid-2020. We hope you'll enjoy using pH Plex.

You are supposed to wash hair after bleaching to stop the bleaching process. With this would you still wash the bleach out as normal then use step 2?

Thanks very much for your question. pH Plex 2 goes in-between your bleach and shampoo. After bleaching, please rinse thoroughly and apply pH Plex 2 to the towel-dry hair. Leave on for 5-10 minutes, then shampoo and style as normal. We hope you‘ll enjoy using pH Plex.

How many of these will I need if my hair is long and I use a lot of bleach?

Can the ph Plex 1-2 be used more than once a month as a stand alone treatment if it wasn’t added into the bleaching process afterward?

Great question! Yes, ph Plex 1-2 can be used as often as you like. The active ingredient of pH Plex 1/2/3 is a body-own substance, naturally produced by the human body, thus totally safe for frequent use. It will „find“ the damage inside the hair and repair those broken bonds. Overdosing is not possible. What is not absorbed by the hair gets washed out.
