Sharp knife for kitchen
Knife is super sharp and can chop vegetables smoothly.Handle is sturdy and have good grip. However it has sharp right angle corner, one has tobe careful andwhile chopping, vegetables stick to the blade.

Worth the price
Very sharp and sturdy. Feels very premium. Everyone who uses it once appriciates it.However it has typical sontoku knife problem. Most veggies gets stuck with blade very strongly. Also you may have to sharpen it after few months of use.

Sharp! *Though not hard that of steel*
The knife is very sharp and elegant. Grip of the knife is good and functions well while chopping veggies. A little light weight for that rock and chop motion. Anyone who love rock and chop motion, go for expensiove Kai knives as it is not that heavy so you have to use force to cut fast through vegetable which will dull the knife due to excessive force if you use it. Otherwise its of good use in the kitchen for putting elegance in cutting and chopping. The tip also comes in handy while cutting garlic and ginger. Mine got some what dull in about 2 months because of that rock and chop motion so rating 4 star. Worth the price
