What is the average calorie count per smoothie (veg and fruit?)

All of our smoothies have the calorie information on the sachets they come in but for reference these are the calories when made with 200ml apple juice in a 330ml serving: -Pash 'n' Shoot- 170.0 Berry-Go-Round- 149.6 Coco Loco- 194.0 Blueberry Thrill- 176.8 Big 5- 166.6 Strawberry Split- 176.8 Broccoli and the Beast- 163.2 Detox Zing- 176.8 Kale Kick- 156.4 Doctor Beet- 170.0 Avo Go-Go-206.0 2

What are the ingredients? Very frustrating I cannot find them

The fruits in this smoothie are Mango, Passionfruit and Pineapple. You can find the ingredients for all of our smoothies on our website.

Can you refreeze these?.

If your smoothies are a little bit defrosted then, yes, there shouldn't be a problem as they're pure fruit & veg. You might need to take them out of the freezer 5-10mins before you want to blend them as the fruit might have clumped together more. However we wouldn't recommend re-freezing the made up smoothie, or the sachets if they are completed defrosted.

Could these be mixed with milk as a shake

I do add a bit of coconut milk in mine.
