The quality of this is very nice. I need to get it into a poster frame as it has quite a “rolled up” memory. I tried rolling it backwards and storing it, but it dies like to still roll up. I taped it to my sliding glass door until I get a frame for it.

Good size and easy to read

I love looking at things and taking the guessing game out of it. So being able to look and this and the do, is great and really works for me!

Wish it was a little bigger

I like the excercises on this one, The difficulty notes are helpful and the pictures are easy to follow. The only real issue I have is that it is a bit overpriced for a poster... I know gym wquioment prices have jumped thanks to 2020 but this one is a bit more than I think it should be. I rate this a solid 3 star buy.. The quality is solid and if you are willing to pay this price you will be happy with this poster... Just my thoughts, AK

We made a home gym and have hung these posters up on the walls. It helps to create great workouts without having to look up things online. It also breaks exercises down based on parts of the body, which is super helpful!!

I wish the pictures were a bit bigger. My eyes aren't what they use to be. I have it up on my wall to workout. I just have to keep stopping to get a bit closer to see what I want to do next.
