These make a huge difference in making sure I get my minimum RDI. Highly recommend. Lightly sweetened but nothing excessive.

The gummies are vegetarian and easy to chew for seniors with dentures. Tastes pretty good also with the fruity flavor

Was told by my Dr. to start taking 1000IU of vitamin D. I don't like swallowing pills so the gummy form is advantageous. If you do not like the taste of ginger you may not like these. The flavor is VERY ginger forward which I don't mind. We'll see if it improves my Vit D levels but it's an enjoyable way to get it into your diet.

I’m hoping these help my vitamin d levels! I can’t review that aspect yet but they taste okay, I didn’t realize there’s ginger in them which I do not like but it’s not a deal breaker. Gummies are easier for me to take than pills, these are pretty small so they are easy to take. I’ve ordered two containers both have been soft and easy to chew.

love all of megafood’s vitamins and supplements… easy on your stomach and my kiddo loves the taste of the gummies!

These have ginger root which I feel is a bit overpowering to the mixed fruit flavor. I found another brand gummy that includes vitamin K2 which is better for absorption so I didn’t repurchase.

I can't tell you if they work as intended since I like to wait 3 months for anything. But they taste so good. So beware. Not to eat this all up in one sitting. I got this for me and my children. Good packaging too.
