Like: Easy to use.Dislike: Didn't fully fix the problem.Rating: 4 star because may be a good product and did help some but possibly too late to fully restore my iron to its original condition. I believe the product should be used periodically before the problem develops and to prevent the residue issue altogether. That's my plan going forward.
