These were bought to replace the original ones on my Dodge Dakota . The original ones were made in 2 pieces and when the caps come off they need a different lug wrench . These are solid and look very much like the original and won’t come apart . I’m pleased !

Quality product, good chrome, work as advertised!

I read the reviews before ordering and am aware that some people have experienced problems with rust after just a short while. We will see - and of course I reserve the right to come back and modify my review. But, I will tell you initially I am very impressed with these steel lug nuts. They truly are "one piece" and not the cheap ones with the outer shell that can so easily get bent and strip out where it is problematic to remove the lug nut(s). Some previous reviewers said they were short (didn't get the full 24 ordered) - mine were all delivered as ordered. They appear to be very well made. Others reported issues with some of them not threading on properly - I had no problem at all. Each one of the 24 fit perfectly on my lug bolts of my fifth wheel travel trailer. Some people complained of a "loose fit" rather than tight as they were threading them on. I did not experience that, in fact they all fit as well as the previous set I was replacing. Also, I was able to easily torque them up to 110 foot-pounds with no issues. They showed no scratches or other marks during the installation and tightening process using an impact hammer and torque wrench. They retained their luster throughout the process of installing them and tightening them. Initially I am very pleased with them - quality and price. As mentioned earlier, time will tell if rust is a problem.

Lug nuts look great, price was very fair, arrived on time unlike other items I have ordered from scamazon, Very happy with purchase.

19/20 lug nuts were perfectly machined as had 1 that would not go on. Since I got these to match the others I had on our race vehicles and only really needed 10 to finish the last vehicle as the rest would be spares it was no use to return them. The included socket was okay but was for a 3/8” drive. Otherwise worked as intended

These look great and are a direct drop in replacement for my old dingy slightly mashed up ones!

I just put these on my race car trailer. I installed new tires on and decided to replace the lug nuts. The OEM lug nuts on the trailer were the style that had a solid steel center with a thin plated cover. As you may know, these covers are prone to damage and get misshapen preventing the socket from fitting on properly. These lug nuts are solid, one piece steel. Things I like about these lug nuts: * They are solid, one piece plated steel. No flimsy, thin cover. * They are longer than the OEM lug nuts. This is important to be because it allows for a better fit of the socket on the nut when loosening/tightening the nut. I have aluminum wheels and the recess for the lug nuts makes for a tight fit for some sockets. * The hex size is 3/4 inch, the same as OEM. This makes it easier to get the socket on all the way. I was going to replace these with a different brand lug nut that had a 13/16 inch hex. This larger size hex required (obviously) a larger socket which did not fit into the recess as well. * The threads on these lug nuts seem to be well made. All of the nuts on my trailer, 24 in all (four wheels, six per wheel). threaded on smoothly. And I encountered no problems getting them torqued to 100 ft-lb, which is the spec for 1/2-20 nuts on aluminum wheels. * The nuts were packaged nicely in boxes with foam inserts to prevent damage in transit. Thing I'm not crazy about: * I needed a total of 26 lug nuts (four wheels, six per wheel plus two for the spare tire), Since these are sold in a box of 20, I was forced to buy two boxes which gives me lots of spares which I will (hopefully) never need. Since I just installed these, I can't comment on long term durability, Because they are installed on a race car trailer, they will not get frequent exposure to bad weather and salty winter roads which would cause corrosion. Plus the trailer is stored in a dry garage when not in use. I will update this review if anything changes as I put miles on my trailer with these nuts.
