The Eveready Super Heavy Duty 9V battery worked exactly as intended. I bought it to replace the battery in the smoke detector in my studio unit, and it powered it right up without any issues. The battery itself is straightforward and reliable. Honestly, the hardest part of the whole process was climbing a 10-foot ladder to reach the detector, not installing the battery. Overall, it’s a simple, dependable battery that gets the job done when you need a quick replacement for household devices like smoke detectors. No complaints.

The garage door opener IS WORKING
After having a company install a new electric garage door it stopped operating. When I called the installer they could come out for $165. Really??? Meanwhile an employee suggested a new battery and a can of spray on the springs. For less than $12 it's runs beautifully. And I didn't have to go to one of the big hardware store - the battery came to me in a day or two.

Dead battery I bought this battery for a CO monitor as the monitor was chirping to replace the battery . I put the new one in and it continued to chirp.
