Mercer Culinary Silicone Plating Brush Set- 5 Brushes and a Carrying Case

I use this as an oil painting tool to vary my mark making. It's very nice and feels comfortable in my hand. Lots of possibilities.

Little pricy, but hard to beat for playing sauces. Really pushes the dish to the next level with the designs that can be done with both hot and cold sauces. No concerns of them melting on hot plates either. They are well built, I expect them to last for many years under heavy use.

I purchased this for my glass art classes. I use it to move the little glass pieces around on the frame and make sure everything’s neat before pouring the resin. It works great!

The package came in a timely manner in excellent condition. I was able to put get use to the tool in this kit. I was able to surpass my fellow Cooks at my job with my plate display.

I bought this for using with contact cement. Worked beyond my expectation. Glue rubs off by fingertip after drying and the angle helps keep the work neat.

Really kind of genuinely disappointed in the quality for the price, some of the brushes are unfinished where the silicone it’s connected like in the brush that they didn’t even bother cutting out excess silicone. I’m going to have to cut out the gaps myself. I was so excited. For a company like this I’m truly Disappointed.

I'm person who loves to cook, and bought this for plating. The tool easy to use and creates awesome designs.

Great set, love the slotted roll up that comes with the set..... unroll, grab a tool, and plate with perfection. Easy pest cleanup as well. Would recommend
