{Updates to review} After my initial review of the product not working properly, their customer service team reached out (I did not expect this as it was past the Amazon return date). The company offered a replacement and a refund. I was very pleased with this. This company seems to have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is unfortunately becoming thing of the past with many other companies. I would recommend purchasing from them and feel comfortable know that they back their products. {Original review} Works OK. Not as smooth as my original Mac mouse, but this is much less expensive. My main complaint is that after 3 months of use (gentle use, no heavy gaming or anything), the roller ball has stopped working. My 2nd, minor, complaint is that the mouse "goes to sleep" too easily (obviously to save battery power).

I absolutely adore this mouse. It has a smooth and easy connection, and it fits incredibly well in my hand. I’m currently using it with my iPad Air 13-inch, and it doesn’t feel cheap at all. I appreciate that you can use it and charge it simultaneously. It’s a great value for the money. I quite like the clicks it makes, and it doesn’t make any noise. I ordered the black one because of its sleekness and how it complements my setup.

Wanted a simple, small, modest mouse to do basic work/office tasks. It is indeed, small/discreet however, after about 2 and a half months if you don't remember to charge it, the features will start to stop working (left click, right click, scroll, etc.). This happened to me and I thought it was broken but I charged it for about 4 days straight and then it started working just fine. So just remember to charge it every night or charge it once a month for about 3 days. The mouse is fine so I'm leaving a good review, I just would've like a warning because I was about to throw it away. Decent mouse for the price.

Works as it says it would. Not easy to setup. Quite to use. Not noisy at all.

I love this mouse. I've been an Arc Mouse user for years and suddenly it wouldn't lay flat. So, I started looking for another one. Apparently, they don't really make them anymore, so the ones out there are $$$! I stumbled upon this mouse and the reviews were pretty stellar. They weren't wrong. I love the ability to recharge it, no more batteries! I asked my husband if he wanted one and he declined...UNTIL he needed to use my computer (and thus my mouse) for something. Then he asked me to buy one for him. He loves his too! Absolutely fantastic value at the current $12.99 price. Note that it will put itself in a sleep mode after nonuse for a while. To wake it up, simply click on the top mounted button under the wheel. Helpful Tip: I find that when I travel and put this mouse in my laptop bag, that it doesn't work quite right when I take it out to use it again. It's like the cursor is stuck and it moves one direction over the page. This can be solved by turning the mouse off and back on again (via a switch on the underside). Now, I just turn it off when I pack it away and then turn it on when I'm to my destination. It saves charging life anyway, an added bonus.

This mouse worked okay-ish as long as it retained its initial charge. Compared to the Apple Magic Mouse that I had used previously, the SUNGI mouse had limited functionality, but because of its lower price, I was willing to work with that. But once the initial charge wore off, the SUNGI mouse wouldn’t recharge,, though all the cable connections were strong. By that time, the return window had closed. Definitely not worth the money to be able to use it only for such a limited time.

Bluetooth hooks up quick, it’s perfect for travel. It’s lightweight and slender, fits well in my briefcase.

This is so easy to toss in my purse and take with me for both my iPad and my Macbook. No issues with connection etc
