WITH CLEAN HANDS, Apply favorite moisturizing SERUM. Keep Applying as you roll! Your skin will absorb it better!! ** I clean it with peroxide after mouth / lips. Then move on to cheeks/ eye area/ bunny nose, forehead. **. THEN I ADD A DIFFERENT SERUM, AND VITAMIN C CREAM AND MY FAVORITE RETINOL. I'm 47, I LOOK 30. determined not to ever look my age. So I also use a little Estrodil cream a few times a week on my face. 😁 The Key Is ... Understand your Skin. But THIS ITEM ABSOLUTELY WORKS. . I also recommend Dr. Rajani videos, and FACE YOGA. DAILY.
