Is the white color refill actually a white ink or clear blender refill?

The product noted with 'white' as the color has been labelled in error. It is actually an empty ink container for users to mix their own color combinations. We will get this updated accordingly. Thank you for the inquiry. White inks are only available as 'opaque white' in 6mL and 10mL bottles. (see copic's website for more info: https://copic.too.com/collections/accessories).

I would think if it's the same type of ink as the original marker, it's worth a try. I bought it to put in empty crayola marker maker factory markers.

Works amazingly!!

The refill is amazing! I recommend not only filling one side of a marker though. I would fill both. The ink refill lasts a while. I’ve refilled my marker twice and I still have a lot left to use!! The color might seem a lot more orange in the refill tube but trust me, it is 100% E00. I will definitely be getting this again as well as other colors when I need them!

Just what I was looking for

The pin I was refilling took more ink than I was expecting but that's sorta a good thing and it stil has at least 2 more refills available. Maybe 3.
