The pages are all out of order though out the entire book not just a couple sections the entire freaking book I don’t know how this book was able to be sent out of the publisher.

The pages are out of order, making it difficult to follow along. I don't know what happened to the printing, but whoever is printing them should be more cautious next time. I've read several reviews talking about it, and I think writing another review talking about could help people know not to buy it!

I ordered this textbook for my Modern Physics class. When I got it in the mail, it was nicely wrapped. But when I opened the textbook and checked the pages, I noticed something was terribly wrong. The textbook was not printed properly! Example: On a page, the front of the page is Page 7 from Chapter 1, but the back of that same page is Page 28 from Chapter 2. Not sure what could have gone wrong with this textbook printing! I always order textbooks from Amazon and this is the first time I have received a defective textbook. The printers and sellers need to be more careful with selling a customer a textbook that is improperly printed! Lesson: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR TEXTBOOKS WHEN YOU GET THEM!

The product is a softcover (paperback) and not hardcover even though it states hardcover. I bought ship and sold by amazon, not from third party. Seems like a cengage issue since the genuine QR code that usually comes with their books shows that it may be authentic and IBSN of the received softcover (paperback) matches the supposed hardcover version. Its a bit ridiculous to market it as though it was a hardcover, maybe they are trying to get more money by charging the paperback as though it was a hardcover. I feel scammed since I was excited to receive the book.

This book arrived and the pages were entirely out of order. For example, it jumped from page 71 to 101 and parts of chapter three and found in chapter two.

Big disappointment. All pages were mixed up. I cannot understand that this book passed the quality control at the printers.
