Q: Does this come cellphone wrapped or just sealed on each side? I have just received one to give as a xmas present and concerned parts may be missing

It isn’t cello wrapped but has an unbroken sticker seal on the edges. Direct from the wholesalers and unopened.

Q: Are the playing pieces plastic or metal?

The character pieces and the ring are metal, the dice, settlements and fortress’s are a good quality plastic, the coins are cardboard, I was surprised at how good quality the whole set was and the game play is fantastic

Q: Is this more advanced than monopoly junior please?

The game is arguably more advanced that monopoly junior, however I have played this with younger children in my own family and had no problems. I think with monopoly it is a case of "engagement" rather than gaming capability, kids LOVE Mario so this is always a good game for kids!
