can it b used to check for parasites on koi

Yes, in a general sense, SW380B can be used to check for parasites on koi. As for the camera, it takes digital cameras, such as EP2 or EP3, or EP5, etc. For higher speed and better clarity, it takes SWIFTCAM digital cameras, such as SC300, SC500, or SC1003.
