These hazel nuts are the best. Sweet and nutty, and high quality - very few duds in the entire bag. Great protein; a healthy, natural snack or to use in baking and cooking. Cracking open any nut can be tricky but that's how nature protects these great-tasting hazelnuts, so that's fine by me. Grown in the US so I feel confident in the product safety, plus the bags always smell fresh and I feel I get good value for money.

My squirrels rate these 5 stars plus. Peanuts have been their nut of choice till I got these. Now when I throw a peanut at them they just keep looking at me knowing eventually I will throw a hazelnut to them. Later I'll see the peanut has also disappeared.

I have bought these nuts several times and they are clean and fresh…not a bad one in the bunch.

I don't get these nuts for human consumption. Nope, I get these hazelnuts in the shell and unsalted for squirrel treats. Every so often I'll roll a few out onto the deck, and watch from the window as they scamper over and take them. Only a few, as they're just a treat (I researched the best nuts, and these fit the bill). My only problem is that I have to hide these nuts from my husband, or he will eat them all.10/10 I'll buy again, and again.

Fresh, large & in good condition. Rarely a nut with a worm hole & not many with large cracks.I buy these for the many squirrels & chipmunks that visit my yard. I was buying peanuts in the shell, but learned that peanuts (&corn) have dangerous amounts of phosphorus which cause Metabolic Bone Disease. This can cause some horrible symptoms including partial or full paralysis, seizures & ultimately death.Hazelnuts & almonds are healthier nut options for them.
