Cooking with Ghee!
A wonderful alternative to roasting/frying with Butter, Fat, and/or Oil. It does the same job with less risk of burning due to overheating! The finished meal also tastes quite nice!

Love this product. I used it with it a lot as it has that buttery flavour without burning.i use it in cooking and have used it in cakes. Just remember there’s no salt in it. Always good quality.

Optisch ziet de ghee er uit of deze gedeeltelijk gesmolten is. In de pan is het echter prima bakken.
