Not for me
I got this to help my pcos it brought my period with heavy bleeding and cramps. I have a regular period and on contraceptive pill so I was worried with it came unexpectedly it even made me querry will it affect my contraceptive pill doing its job. If u want your period to come after absence for a long time I highly recommend but for me it's a no. Now my bleeding won't stop and my actual period is not due so it messed up my system.
