Seems Pretty good
So far the product has worked just fine. Easy assembly, took about 30 seconds, a 5 year old child could assemble without instructions. Had no issues with the item rocking off the platform. It is pretty quiet, but does make a little 'tick' sound with each swipe across the magnet. For me this, ticking noise is not something I would want in the room I am sleeping in, but a fan or white noise generator would cover it up. I don't need my phones for alarms or anything so they sit on the rocker in another room away from curious cats who may think rocking phones are something to play with. When correctly running the Fit app the steps do count in PoGo. I notice the Fit app sometimes it a bit slow in getting the tally counted. The same applies in PoGo. Just be patient. With about 60 km a day, I think I can hit my 10k plat badge in about 5 months because I already had almost 2k. If these things last that long, good value for less than what it costs for a meal at a restaurant. Plus, it holds two phones in a single rocker, and the set comes with two rockers, so I have a spare in case one breaks.

Works perfectly but read how to make sure it works correctly.
Swings only long enough for it to wind down. Save your money unless you just want something you can swing yourself. Editing: ok I figured out why this wasn't working. There is a cradle slot where the metal wheels drop into but in order to get them to fit you have to pull the arms out enough for the metal wheels to drop into that spot. It doesn't make this clear in the instructions on set up and it should. Once I did that step the swinging started working perfectly. Ok another edit. I bought this July 26, 2025 so I’ve had it exactly 5 months. 1 is still working the other one quit. It started swinging less and less over the past couple of weeks. Nothing I did really helped. Today it just plain stopped working. When they work they work well but they are obviously not really well built. It’s a disappointment.

Never walked so much in my life!
This thing is great, its quiet and works just how i was hoping it would. I have a pixel 8 in a bulky otterbox case so it doesn't fit perfectly but it holds in there securely with the rubber band they provide. I found with my phone I have to put it in upside down for it to work best. Make sure you close out of Pogo all the way and on android make sure google fit is setup with your height, weight etc. to get started I open google fit to check where my step count is and then I close it out all the way so its not running in the background. I then put it on the swing upside down and let it go while I play Oblivion. In a couple of hours I'm up to almost 20 Kilomitors. This thing is perfect to hatch eggs or get candies with your buddy. I have mine plugged into a USB hub that has buttons on it so i can turn off the port when im not using it that way i dont have to unplug the device when im not using it.

A lot of troubleshooting to get things to work.
Got this to use on 2 different phones. As most pointed out it can be finicky depending on the phone you use. I did have to troubleshoot and try a few things to get each phone to work properly. One of my phones was to light and it was not counting the steps at all while swinging. This was resolved by placing my small battery pack on the backside to add weight. As for my heavier phone nothing I tried for awhile would get it to register steps. What I ended up doing was downloading apple health setting it up and having it sync with Pokemon go. The apple health app has no issues recording the steps but pokemon go on its own does. Once I did this I had no issues with both phones anymore.

One of the best accessories for my game!
Sometimes you just need a little help hatching those eggs! I work in skilled nursing and my steps don’t always register due to pushing wheelchairs most of the day, so this little device helps make up for uncounted steps. Takes a little practice to get the phone positioned properly, but once it’s placed it works well. Great value being a 2 pack!

Hard to counter weight and noisy
I have 8 of these walkers, located around my homes so that my wife and I can walk day or night. The bearing failed in one of them and I broke the charging port in another. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max in a case. When walking with only one phone, I have to put a remote control into the other side as ballast or it will walk too fast and get an error saying that you shouldn’t be playing while driving - and not credit any km walked. When walking with two phones, it works well but is noisy. It is kept waking me up for the first few months, but now I am used to the sound. I find it challenging to put the phone holder back in the cradle at night without turning the lights on. The arms need to be spread slightly open when putting the bearings into the holders, which is tricky with one hand. You also have to be sure that the retaining strap is not touching the shaft close to the bearing or the cradle will rub and stop. After walking for thousands of km on these, I have decided to go with an improved phone swing that only walks one phone at a time. The phone swing from SOLER is very quiet and very easy to put in the cradle at night. All of the phone swings in my bedrooms will be replaced with these newer models without bearings. Over the past month I have been having trouble getting candy and hatching eggs. I finally discovered that I need to CLOSE the Pokémon Go app before putting my iPhone into the swing. Then when you open the Pokémon Go app later, Adventure Sync will sync with the Health App and record your steps. I used to walk at night with the Pokémon Go app running, and my iPhone was drained in 6 hours. Now I walk at night with the app closed and still have a full charge in the morning. I am mostly happy with my new SOLER walker, but there are still lots of bugs in Pokémon Go when using Poffins to halve the walking distance in Adventure Sync. Over half the time I don’t get any candy when walking my Mewtwo with a Poffin and very rarely get an XL candy.
