Great tasting, from a luxury brand. Even better when its on offer which is good value

Nice flavour
Our favourite flavour of the Hotel Chocolate sachets. I thought 20 packets for £25 was reasonable. Would recommend.

Exactly as hoped for.

Nice but a luxury.
Very nice but overpriced, even though I know the cost of Coco has gone up just for a cup of hot chocolate, even having even having the equipment. The chocolate does not dissolve that easily always a small amount in the bottom.

Delicious and so handy to have on subscription
Delicious flavour and I have this on subscription so I never run out! Much easier than going to the shop to buy them and it works out cheaper too

Disappointing
Very disappointing. 8 of the 20 sachets have a disappointingly short use by date of January or February 2026. The packaging is poor, sturdy enough but I expected a Hotel Chocolat box rather than this plain box, labeled with information which was not included in product description. I would not buy this product again and do not recommend it.
