THIS WAS IT! 😳
I bought this detector to replace the old noisy one. I have been buying one at a time cause I am in a budget. At first I thought needed to buy the whole house set but no. The old with the new ones are compatible and guess what? The beeping is gone. The new ones are very white comparing to the yellowish old ones. I called a local company here in Las Vegas to get a replacement estimate and guess how much that was going to cost me? Around $3k. Doing it my self it will cost me around $100 plus a pop soda. Definitely buy this item. I made sure that it had the same electrical entrance so that I just put it right in and not have to play with hot cables. The tools I used were a ladder and a Phillip screw driver. If you are not sure this is it. Pull your old one and type your male and model into search bar here and you’re welcome.

Kidde Smoke Detector
It was time to replace the four hardwired smoke detectors. Couldn't get this model at my local home improvement store, so I ordered them through Amazon. The replacement was super easy. All I had to do was unplug the old one and plug in the new one. If the plug is not exact, Kidde supplied new plugs that that are easy to install.

Replacement unit for failed unit.
This was a replacement item, and this item is the same as the one that failed after five years. So tis was an easy plug in and mount on the old mounting base.

Great smoke detectors
I replaced my old 20 years smoke detectors with these ones. Those old smoke detectors only sounds alarm each year when backup batteries running out, never had any other alarm sounded. This new one has front loading battery, which is convenient for backup battery replacement. In addition, it actually worked, when stove made strong burning smell in the kitchen, smoke detector installed half house away in the hall way sounded an alarm loudly. Although it was not a real fire, it did work by detected smoke that older ones did not.
