A good product
I have been using this yeast regularly for over two years and am happy with it. It is easy to use and does not need to be activated before adding to the flour. The only complaint I have is that each time I buy it, I have to pay more than the previous time. I purchase this almost every two months.

Yeast Quality downgraded
This product I have purchased 2nd time after getting very much satisfied with the first order. But this time it is very much disappointing to see that it is not at all upto the mark. Yeast quality is very poor and not making the bread fluffy as earlier.

Its an Instant yeast NOT an active yeast but still a great product.
I tried making yeast donuts out of these, and they came out really good! The yeast production was in time- took 1hour and 30mins for the dough to double in size which is fine, really depends on on how much you put in. I mistook it for an active yeast which requires blooming so there's that. This one does not require to bloom, you put it in your flour, some warm liquids and let it do its work for a minute or two. Do not add salt right after it as it slows down the production of the yeast.

Bad service
Total waste of money... The inner seal of the container is broken... And so the yeast is no longer active. The product being non returnable ... I am at loss of the hard earned money.
